Life Oils wasn’t created in a boardroom. It was born from lived experience, hard lessons, and the belief that real health begins when we take responsibility for it ourselves. Our story is one of questioning, learning, rebuilding — and ultimately, choosing a better way forward.

In 2019, following a serious mid-life health scare, I was forced to take an honest look at how I was living and how disconnected I had become from my own wellbeing — both physically and mentally. Like many people, I turned to CBD oils, vitamins, and medicinal mushrooms for support. What I found instead was a confusing and overcrowded market filled with bold claims, inconsistent quality, and very little transparency.

Many products lacked proper testing. Traceability was often vague or missing. And too often, profit seemed to outweigh integrity.

After months of research, questioning suppliers, and educating myself, I found a UK-based manufacturer offering full seed-to-bottle traceability, independent lab testing, and rigorous quality control. From that trusted relationship, Life Oils was established — to provide clean, honest, high-quality products I could trust for myself, and confidently offer to others.

A chance meeting brought Paul into the picture - two people facing remarkably similar challenges. What started as a simple exchange of messages quickly became deep conversations about health, mindset, and personal responsibility.

Both of us had faced devastating terminal diagnoses. Both of us had questioned the limits of conventional thinking. And both of us had taken ownership of our health through education, consistency, and lifestyle change.

Through sharing experiences, research, and lessons learned, we didn’t just regain our health but built a strong friendship grounded in shared values.
