  Dosage

  Everybody is different, everyone has different tolerance levels and different reasons for taking CBD oil. We suggest starting with a couple of drops then increasing the dose until you find the level that’s right for your body.

  The most efficient way of taking our ENERGIZE Cbd oil is to take a few drops of your recommended dose under the tongue (sublingually) and let sit for a minute. This creates maximum bioavailability of the oil.
